The system permits the admin to view the material available in the stock. The system keeps a complete record of the materials in the construction management software. The system displays the ten entries per list but the construction manager can increase the entries up to a hundred entries per page. The admin can perform the searching in the list by entering the specific material. The admin can add the material type to the material for differentiation, the material types are added against the information such as; material name, material type, and measurement of the material. The stock details define the ownership of the stock. The stock is saved with the attributes such as; stock owner, material name, material type, and the total quantity of the material. The software saves multiple records in the system, adding a new stock detail to the system select the material type and select the date of the supply, choose the vehicle that will transport the stock, and select the supplier of the material. After selecting the supplier submit the form to the system and your new stock details will be added to the system. The purchase log identifies the purchases of the owner to main the stock. The system enables the admin to add various purchase logs.
The section sales in the construction project management elaborate the client’s reports and sale invoices. The section enables the admin to view invoices, add invoices, and view the client’s reports accessible in the system. The system saves multiple invoices, the invoices are displayed in the system against the data such as; client name, TM number, quantity, PSI, timeout, slip number, WP/Manual, rate, and total amount.
