The software is capable of carrying multiple properties, customers, and the dealers’ records. The PMS is a cloud-based facility that ensures the real estate managers control the program from any remote location. The PMS is an integrated system any alteration in the system would affect directly. If an owner makes a record in the property section or deletes the record it would be shown to the management. The plot booking will be done in a more simplified and structured way, the PMS is the real estate CRM software to support all the property-relevant tasks. The plot booking section creates the lists of the booked plot or the in the process of booking. The lists are saved against the data such as; customer name, plot number, rate per Marla, price, and status (open or close). The real estate manager can edit the booking data. The booking of the plots is done by the customers, the customers can add as many bookings at a time. The admin manager reviews the booking requests and updates the booking history. Transfer history keeps a track of the property transfer records. The transfer history displays the data of the transfer transactions by projecting the details of the plot/property and the details of the owner of the plot. The property details include the transfer date, plot number, project, rate per Marla, and total price of the plot. The owner details are more simplified and significant such as customer name, dealer name, transfer charges, and transfer date. The software displays the complete transfer history, the admin can track, edit or delete any of the transfer history records.

The system enables the admin to create a transfer record in the system, to add a transfer record in the system it would require information such as; transfer date, customer name, dealer name, transfer fee, rate per Marla, and the total price of the property. The transfer record is incomplete without the payment options. The system permits the admin to select the payment mode such as installment or cash. In the case of installments, the system asks you to submit the proof of installment. The property return is an important factor in property management. The returned property comes into place whenever the property returns to the owner. The property return section contains the lists of the properties returned. The system displays multiple records of the property return. The property return list contains information such as; property description, remarks, status, and the action taken on the return of the property.
